The Madison Project's
New CD: "Rock Star"

During Fall 2002 and early Spring 2003, the Project worked in the
recording studio completing our fourth studio CD, called "Rock Star." The
CD had its release show on January 28, 2003 in an almost sold-out Grafton-Stoval. Thanks to everyone who waited outside in the cold to see us! As for
the name, we wanted to get away from some of the cornier names of our previous CDs, and thought that "Rock Star" was something very different for
us. (Again, not saying WE'RE rock stars, far from it... we just liked the sound
of the name). The tracks were recorded at Virginia Arts, and were mixed
at Cue Recording Studios by Ken Schubert.

The CD includes the following tracks:

1. Two Step 8. If I Ever Fall (Live)
2. What You Own (Rent) 9. Black Water
3. Your Song 10. Broken Wings
4. I'd Die Without You 11. Absolutely (Story of a Girl)
5. Take Me Home Tonight 12. One Sweet Day
6. Your Body is a Wonderland 13. Livin' on a Prayer
7. New Age Girl

Here are some pictures of us recording at VA Arts with some of our favorite people, Paul and Lyn Brier. Click on each image to see a larger version.

These are pictures of us at Cue Recording in Falls Church, VA. We had
a lot of fun working with Ken "The Man" Schubert and the whole Cue Team,
and can't wait to come back with our next project. Thanks fellas!
